Anupam Mittal

Anupam Mittal, the founder and CEO of Shaadi.com, formerly known as Sagai.com. The platform has around 30 million current users.

He completed his graduation from Boston University with an Operations and Strategic Management. Prior to laying the sticks on shadi.com, Anupam was working as a product manager at Microstrategy.

He founded Makan.com, which deals with the real estate industry in many ways. The Mauj app was also founded by Anupam Mittal.

Executive investments: He invested around INR 1 crore in OLA taxis $330,000 in BurnCal. Not only this, but his money is also working in Raise, Series AYojak in Yojak, Seed round in Express Stores.

After completing his MBA, Anupam laid the foundation of People Group which is the parent company of businesses like shaadi.com, makaan.com, Mauj Mobile App, and People pictures.

He is also a founding member and former chairperson of the Internet & Mobile Association of India (IAMAI) and the founding Co-chair of H2 India.

Apart from this, he is on Boards of LetsVenture Online and Zepo and serves as an Advisor at ShaadiSaga, and Grip and Kae Capital.
